Shipping and returns

SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping is handled through DHL Express, ensuring a seamless and secure delivery experience for our customers. We currently ship to:

  • EU
  • Hong Kong
  • New Zealand
  • Singapore
  • UK
  • USA

To verify whether your country is included in our shipping destinations, please proceed to the checkout section, where you'll find a comprehensive list of available locations. Please note that a flat rate of $25 applies to shipping for each order. Should you wish to order with shipping to a different destination, please reach out to us to confirm if we can ship there.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 7-10 business days, although delivery times may be shorter. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing tracking details. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your order as it travels from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Please be aware that additional charges for taxes and duties may be incurred based on your location due to import regulations.

RETURN POLICY:

We accept eligible items for return; however, we reserve the right to decline returns on items that significantly differ from or are damaged beyond the condition in which they were received. It is imperative that customers ensure the returned item is in its original condition, including all the accessories (such as original packaging, other accessories, etc.) it was received with.

Customers must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund. Please note that a return shipping fee of $30 to our warehouse and a restocking fee of 6% will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers have the option to receive the refund as a store voucher, in which case the restocking fee is waived. To indicate their preference, customers can do so by contacting our customer support team.

It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange the return shipment with DHL and to ensure that the item is securely packaged in the same condition as it was received. The return label will be provided with the shipped products for convenience.

After your return is received and had its condition inspected at our warehouse, a confirmation email will be sent. Once your return is accepted, please allow up to 7 business days to complete the authorization process and for refund to be credited. Please note that credit card processing times may vary.
