Purpose of the General Conditions of Use

Preluve is an online platform providing certified authentic second-hand luxury Products (handbags, accessories, jewelry) (referred to as "the Products") from professional Suppliers to its professional customers (referred to as "the Customers"). Preluve sells its second-hand luxury goods through this platform. All Products are sold on behalf of Preluve.

Authenticity and Logistics

All items undergo in-house authentication and quality control before shipment. Shipments are made using reliable services with tracking numbers provided. In the event of counterfeit items, a return and refund process is initiated.

Payment Terms

Purchases can be made using a credit card or bank transfer based on the type of order. Payments are captured based on the specific timelines negotiated. Non-compliance may result in access restrictions to the platform. 

Disputes Relating to Products

Customers are required to carefully review the Products before making a purchase as returns are only accepted in specific cases such as non-conformity or counterfeiting. Any disputes or complaints are handled directly by Preluve, with a focus on amicable settlements. 

Protection of Personal Data

Preluve is committed to protecting the personal data of its users in accordance with applicable laws. Users have the right to access, modify, or delete their data as per the defined procedures on the Preluve website.

Intellectual Property 

All content on the REME website is protected by intellectual property laws, and any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited. The General Data Protection Regulations are also adhered to for the processing of personal data.

All items are pre-owned. Trademarks are owned by their respective brand owners. We are not affiliated in any way with the brands that we sell. 

Legality of Activities

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Preluve has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities and reserves the right to terminate accounts if any illegal activity is suspected.

Partial Nullity

In the case of any provision being declared invalid, the other provisions of the terms and conditions remain valid and enforceable.

Applicable Law

The terms and conditions, as well as any related operations, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In case of disputes, the jurisdiction shall be determined accordingly.
